On the 3th of December 2022, our team had conducted a meeting through Webex for a period of two and half hours to discuss the further tasks required for the preparation of our legal aid activity. Upon such discussion among us, we had come out that there were few things that we need to do, which were to prepare an official letter, and to create a Facebook page and Instagram, poster and brochure to promote our event.
