-PART 2: FEEDBACK FORM REPORT -
In order to have a better understanding of the targeted community’s review of our conducted legal consultancy session, we have prepared an online feedback form. In this Google Form, we had set up questions with respect to the key takeaway of the audience from our physical booth in addition to the overall experience. At the end of the event, we successfully collected a total amount of 68 responses from the targeted community.
Based on the response collected, a majority of 59 audiences (86.8% out of the total audience) were very satisfied with the legal aid booth which had been conducted by giving it a rating of ‘5’ while there were 7 of the total audience (which equivalent to 10.3% of the total audiences) rated the consultancy session ‘4’, portraying that they were satisfied with the physical booth. However, there were still 2.9% of the audience (amounting to 2 out of the 68 audiences) who found themselves neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the session conducted by rating it ‘3’. To put it briefly, almost all of the audience who attended the legal booth showed a high level of satisfaction with our program.
